Areas Served: International (Extremely effective phone sessions); Sessions in person in Milton, ONI am a psychotherapist who works with a wide variety of issues but specializes in treating trauma and dissociation.I consider my clients the best experts on their own situations.From my perspective, healing trauma and other concerns is ideally done as quickly but as gently as possible. I also believe in empowering people to facilitate their own healing, if they wish to. This is why I offer a variety of modalities that facilitate gentle and rapid healing. We can use these modalities as we work together. You can use these same techniques to facilitate self-healing between sessions. Some clients even choose to work largely on their own and then consult me for assistance when they feel "stuck".I am also the creator of a self-help energy work technique called Zensight Process. Zensight works with the subconscious mind in a way that is similar to hypnosis - and yet hypnosis is not used. Instead, visualization is combined together with verbal "healing statements" in order to engage the energy system and both hemispheres of the brain during the healing process.The end result is that healing occurs in a way that is extremely gentle and yet far more rapid than what conventional treatment provides.
