Daphne practices a unique blend of Healing Touch and Somatic Experiencing to help her clients release trauma and decrease the stress and anxiety held in their body.

Daphne's work helps quiet the client's nervous system and stimulate the body's "spontaneous healing" response. As the body begins to come into balance and energy flows more harmoniously, clients often notice that symptoms -- which serve as the body's warning bells -- begin to quiet down. Clients generally feel less pain, less discomfort and more ease at the end of a session. They may also achieve a sense of clarity about the situation or illness that was troubling them.

Daphne is a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner (CHTP) and has completed the three years of Somatic Experiencing training. She has taken additional Somatic Experiencing trainings with Larry Heller and Raja Selvam.
