Parker Wilson is a doctor of clinical psychology and the founder of the Awakened Mind Institute. Dr. Wilson is a lecturer in psychology at the University of Colorado at Denver, a teacher of Eastern psychology and meditation, a published author, and an accomplished public speaker.
Dr. Wilson's main intervention is mindfulness based cognitive psychotherapy (MBCT). Over the years, MBCT has proven to be an extremely effective mode of treatment for a variety of conditions.
