I offer caring, insightful, professional help in navigating through experiences of grief, loss and life transitions. It would be my privilege to assist you in identifying and gently letting go of your obstacles to more authentic, centered, full and satisfying living.
Drawing on my 25+ years of experience working with individuals and organizations during times of change and transition, my style is collaborative, compassionate, and holistic.
Many of life's natural events - such as the death of a loved one, a divorce, job/career changes, relationship issues, health problems, midlife concerns and aging - can uncover feelings of deep loss, sadness, stress, confusion, disillusionment, or emptiness. I offer unbiased, caring help.
I have post-graduate training in grief/bereavement and working with survivors of childhood abuse and neglect.
I also offer group experiences for those grieving and facing life transitions, including grief support groups and writing groups and workshops.
