As a former coach of Olympic athletes, I bring a unique, solution-focused, positive perspective to psychotherapy. For nearly 20 years, I have been helping people work through powerful processes of transformation.
Though I work with ingrained issues and repeating patterns, I am able to work efficiently and quickly.
I specialize in couples issues (infidelity), sexual abuse, creative artists' issues, anxiety and depression.
I also believe each person is innately capable of healing and that therapy can be an empowering, life-changing experience.
My approach to psychotherapy is to first look at the underlying biological, psychological and family of origin issues contributing to emotional pain. Links are then provided to current issues so that you may make new, healthier choices. For me, getting to the root of the issue is the key to unlocking a brighter, happier future.
