I have experience with many issues facing people who come to counselling, as a therapist, a supervisor and a trainer of graduate level therapists. I draw from the most up to date research and have a clear sense of how people reach their goals in therapy. I work with adults and teens, individuals and relationships and am sensitive to diverse lifestyles. Often I integrate creative methods with more traditional cognitive behavioral perspectives. People find me easy to trust and appreciate my direct, honest and active approach.
My services are often covered by extended health benefits.
Experienced with eating disorders, anxiety, phobias, depression, perfectionism, self-esteem, body image issues, relationships, sexuality and gender issues, career counselling, family issues, grief and life transitions in general.
