Many of us want to make changes in our lives, but we're just not sure how. Maybe we want to change in order to get away from something we don't like, such as unhealthy habits (whether it's smoking, drinking, emotional eating, or anything else), unhealthy relationships, painful memories of traumatic events, or other circumstances which make us feel stressed out, depressed, overwhelmed, and unhappy. Or, maybe we want to change in order to get closer to something we do want - a better relationship, a better career path, healthier habits, or just feeling better about ourselves in general. If you are looking to change your life and want some support in the process, I would like to help.
Change isn't always easy, but it's worth it! Working with a trained counselor to guide, assist, and support you through those changes can make all the difference. I use a holistic approach to counseling and psychotherapy because addressing both mind AND body often facilitates greater change.
